Basic Delivery Free when you spend £20 or more. £1.99 for orders under £20* UK mainland, Scotland, Northern & Southern Ireland. Delivery is made using DPD or Royal Mail, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm. Delivery is usually within 3-7 working days.
Express Delivery £2.49 UK mainland, Scotland, Northern & Southern Ireland. Delivery is made using DPD or Royal Mail and dispatched on the day of order, if placed by 12 noon.
Next Working Day Delivery £6.99 UK mainland, Scotland, Northern & Southern Ireland. Deliveries to Scottish Highlands and Islands may take longer. Delivery is made using DPD or Royal Mail and dispatched on the day of order, if placed by 12 noon. Deliveries are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.
Channel Islands £12.00 Jersey Only Delivery can take up to 10 working days.

* Imutest products are dispatched directly from our supplier and will incur a delivery charge. Delivery will be calculated automatically depending on how many test kits are ordered and your preference of delivery options.

Please note: due to the upcoming Bank Holiday (Monday 27th May), orders placed after 12 noon on Friday 24th May will not be dispatched until Tuesday 28th May.

Basic Delivery:

Delivery may take up to 7 working days including picking and dispatch. However we do aim to have your item dispatched within one day of placing your order.

Express Delivery:

All deliveries (excluding mattresses) can be upgraded to our 48 hour working day delivery service for only £2.49. Orders received after 12 noon will be dispatched the following working day. 

Next Working Day Delivery: 

All deliveries (excluding deliveries to Scottish Highlands and Islands) can be upgraded to our Next Working Day delivery service for only £6.99. Orders received after 12 noon will be dispatched the following working day

General Delivery Information

At present, we do not deliver outside the UK and Ireland. 

Our couriers require a signature for the delivery. If nobody is in they will leave a card for you to request another delivery, or you can collect your item from one of their depots. Should you require assistance with your delivery please call us on 0800 169 6685.

Delivery of made-to-order mattresses is free to mainland UK and can take up to 28 working days. Calling us on 0800 169 6685 for more information.

If we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information, the processing and subsequent dispatch of your order can be delayed. Once your credit card has been approved, your order will be dispatched by the method that you have chosen.  We must have a complete address to guarantee delivery.

All goods are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply your goods, we will inform you immediately and advise you of the expected delivery date. Outstanding orders / items can be cancelled at any time.

In the event of any goods being delivered by us being damaged in transit, deficient of items shown on the delivery note or failing to match the items ordered by you, then such details must be notified by you to us within seven working days of receipt. If we receive no such notification the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company's appointed carrier.

Returns Policy

At Allersafe we want our customers to be satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with the item purchased you may of course return it to us for an exchange or refund within 30 days.

We ask that all items are returned unused, free from defects and with their original packaging. By reason of their nature we are unable to accept back any bedding or cosmetic product that has been removed from its packaging, unless the product is faulty. Mattresses, headboards and beds are made to order, and so are non-returnable.

If you have received an item in a damaged condition please contact us on our free phone number 0800 169 6685. One of our dedicated customer service advisors will be able to advise you on how to proceed with the return. You will be required to quote your order reference number so please have this available when you call. You have 5 days from receipt of the damaged item to contact us.

Returns Procedure

Please complete Section 1 of the Returns Form. This can be found packed together with your order. If a package is returned without Section 1 complete we cannot guarantee your return will be processed promptly.

Pack the Returns Form together with the goods, ensure packaging is secure and return to our distribution centre at the following address. For your convenience you may cut this address from your Returns Form and affix it to the parcel.

Once we have received the goods and checked them, we will exchange the item or refund your money, less any express or next working day shipping costs.

Please note:

  • Returns must be received within 30 days from the day after you have received the goods.
  • The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you use a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
  • The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
